On March 4, 2009, AARS Board Member David Frederick celebrated a major victory in Wyeth v. Levine, a case he argued before the U.S. Supreme Court.  The Legal Times profiled Frederick, http://www.law.com/jsp/dc/index.jsp, noting that this was the second time this term that he had defeated a former U.S. solicitor general before the high court.  Frederick is still waiting for a decision in the third Supreme Court case he argued this term. 

Our Mission

The mission of AARS is to bring Rhodes Scholars in America together in support of the Rhodes Scholarship, its values, and Oxford University through events, publications, networks and the web.
