On Wednesday, September 1, 2009, the Rhodes Scholar departure luncheon was held at the Cosmos Club.  The Scholars departed for England following the luncheon.  Peter M. Dawkins (Michigan and Brasenose 1959), Former Vice Chairman of Citigroup Global Wealth Management and Chairman of ShiningStar Capital LLC addressed the attendees.
