Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal to Join FRC Action's Values Voter Summit

Family Research Council Action (FRC Action) has confirmed that Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal (R-LA) will speak at the Values Voter Summit this October 7-9 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C. This is his first time speaking at VVS.

Gov. Jindal is currently serving his first term. He is a Baton Rouge native who graduated from Brown University and later attended Oxford University in England as a Rhodes Scholar. He has worked in the public and private sector, and was appointed by President George W. Bush as Assistant Secretary for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. After that he served as Congressman for Louisiana's First District before becoming Louisiana's governor. He and his wife Supriya have three children.
