James Pavur (SFS’16), a science, technology and international affairs major at Georgetown, has won a Rhodes scholarship for graduate study at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.

Pavur, 21, of Atlanta, plans to use the Rhodes to pursue a D.Phil in Cyber Security at Oxford.
