Myron Rolle, Rhodes Scholar, Titans Safety Keeping Busy

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. — You might say it's just a typical week for Tennessee Titans safety Myron Rolle, who happens to be the least typical player in the National Football League.

Each morning, he can be found at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex sweating through grueling workouts with several dozen other NFL players under the supervision of master trainer Tom Shaw.

Except for this Friday, that is.

But the former Florida State University Rhodes Scholar and star defensive back, who earned his master's degree last year at Oxford University in medical anthropology, has a pretty good excuse to skip practice.
