Wofford Student Named Rhodes Scholar for Class of 2013

A senior at Wofford College is one of thirty-two students selected for the prestigious Rhodes Scholarship for the class of 2013. 

Rachel Woodlee, a senior at Wofford College as well as a member of the Terrier’s volleyball team, was selected out of twelve finalists for the scholarship awarded to District 12, which includes schools from South Carolina, Arkansas, Kansas, Mississippi, and Missouri. 

Woodlee is Wofford’s sixth Rhodes Scholar, and the first from Wofford to receive the award since C. Edward Coffee in 1974.
