AARS Urgency of Now Event: A virtual conversation with Maxine Williams (Commonwealth Caribbean & St. Catherine’s, '92), Global Chief Diversity Officer at Facebook

The Association for American Rhodes Scholars is pleased to host a virtual conversation with Maxine Williams (Commonwealth Caribbean & St. Catherine’s, '92), Global Chief Diversity Officer at Facebook, for what promises to be an important and enlightening session on these and other timely issues.

This event will be facilitated by Nnenna Lynch (New York and St John’s ‘93), Founder of Xylem, LLC.

Topics to be discussed:

  • How are global organizations responding to Black Lives Matter and approaching the issue of diversity in the workplace?
  • How might they innovate as the conversation moves from diversity and inclusion to ending systemic racism?
  • How might individual employees, organizational leaders, and board members alike navigate and catalyze change?
